As we have all mentioned throughout our blogs this last week Uganda is a stunning country. It’s scenery is breathtaking but it is also the people who make it.
Today we visited the Sipi falls and i’ll let the pictures do the talking! The journey down was steep but the Ugandan children who came down with us made it look ridiculously easy, we did not! To all the team, the journey down the 100m to the bottom of the waterfall was certainly worth it and provided us with a swimming opportunity!
We lose Jamie sadly in the morning who heads back to the UK. Our Head of Facilitation will be sorely missed by the team with tournament day tomorrow and then on to 4 days in Tororo. Jamie has brought the team together with his previous experience of trips to Africa and knowledge of the region. Someone will have to step up!
