Aftkamer a nine day residence in Kumi we said goodbye with a Rapid Fire festival and boarded our bus for Kapchorwa. This is a more touristy town catering for altitude training athletes, mountain bikers and trekkers. It’s at 2,000 metres altitute so has a very different climate to Kumi We arrived in fog and even had to wear sweaters for the first time this trip.
Tomorrow we have five schools to visit. We understand that none of them have encountered cricket before so it’ll be an interesting day. More tomorrow…
