A Love surrounded morning started with the group going down by two, the stomach bug spread it’s love to our coaches.
Arriving to the first school, awaited by 283 cricket loving enthusiasts, wanting to share the passion of the game from the coaches at CWB.
The sessions ran well in the beating loving heat.
It was straight off to the second school, the spirit of cricket running high. The participants bursting with passion to play cricket with the CWB coaches. Sessions ran smoothly, with 212 participants loving their experience of cricket.
We interviewed two young participants: Ellias and Judith who both have feels inspired by cricket. It makes them feel good, physically and mentally. They want to play cricket at international level and wil work with CWB ambassadors on the ground in Kenya to help them improve.
It was time for a lunch break to refuel before going to the final school.
Arriving at Mukuyu Boys school. The 150 participants had a fun packed session. With the additions of a rap artist and a group singing of One Love.
All participants were shown the diversity of the group of CWB ambassadors.
