Second day with the teachers and coach education. Main pitch had a football game on so the CWB adaptability came to the fore and we used old basketball courts on three tiers. The teacher’s enthusiasm again shone through and began mastering the art of batting and bowling.
A highlight was the rendition of happy birthday by the teachers for our birthday girl Helen. Also now known as Alan due to the African accent.
The teachers had there first ever game of pairs cricket and their competitive spirit was in evidence. Not surprisingly wides boosted the score signaled in a very Cameroonian way.
CWB issued a challenge of a six a side game against their select six. CWB snatched a deserved tie from the jaws of victory. Highlight was a stunning catch by Annabel first ball of their innings.
A very pleasant birthday meal at a Cameroonian Italian restaurant finished off a great day.

Hi everyone, loving day 3's photos. Can't wait to see pictures of the tiered basketball courts!
Glad to hear Cameron and Jo have been re-united with their luggage! Disappointed that Jo now won't need to be in traditional dress on the Monday night show! Looking forward to your next blog.

Hi guys. Well done teaching the teachers, I love seeing the yellow t-shirts, makes all that heavy luggage handling worthwhile. So pleased your bags arrived – phew! Well done celebrity Kangis although he has now bailed 😉 What was the first supermarket raid – beer, crisps, local bics? Almost middle of the first week already, hope your white polos are holding out with the red earth stains. We're all proud and love you xx
