All the volunteers have been moved by the simplicity of life in Uganda – and the focus of the children on their education.
Four of the volunteers were fortunate enough to attend Nyakasura Junior School on Friday morning for their prayers. The children sang beautifully – and you can get a flavour for it in this video. You can see Ken joining in at the end – the rest of us had tears in our eyes.
There are over 700 children in the school – with class sizes being over 100. You can see the attendance list for Friday below.
