We’re off to Kasese this morning (which we are told is a six hour drive). In Joseph (our driver) we trust….
Before we left, an art teacher (and new cricket coach) from Masaka Secondary School arrived at our hotel. He had brought a beautiful oil painting that he had painted and art created by his students at gifts. We will be bringing the painting back to the UK to present to Redmile School – and one of the lovely wooden maps to give to girls at Lincoln House at Oakham School to thank the children for their support
Redmile Parent Neil and Darren accept the painting from Kasozi Hakeem to take back to Redmile School
Phil (yes, he is on the trip) is presented with a wooden Uganda map and picture created by the students at Masaka to take back to the girls at Lincoln House, Oakham School

What a lovely present, shows the great work you have done – brilliant stuff.
I’ll start the sweepstake on a 10 hr trip rather than 6!

Hi Andy. We did manage it in 6 hours – it wasn’t bad at all with Joseph’s excellent driving (although the roads leave something to be desired!). Saw warthogs, baboons, (and some saw a zebra) – good fun. Keep up the comments on the blog – the team love the feedback. P
