Day 8 was a nice easy Sunday morning for everyone. After a nice breakfast on the balcony of the hotel, members of the team went to explore Nyanza. Several went to see what a Sunday service was like in the local church and some hopped onto a taxi bicycle up to the local genocide museum. All I can say is, I would not like to ride a bike in Rwanda, Bradley Wiggins and Chris Froome would struggle with these hills.
For lunch we found a local hotel which had a pool table. Happy days! After the attempts to play pool the night before with some very bizarre local rules it was nice to play a game and know what was going on.
The afternoon was spent at the national university coaching some of the students there. After some security issues at the front gate, probably my fault, we were allowed in. After setting up camp at the stadium we got a session going. This was briefly interrupted by the arrival of a big group of monkeys who took up a spot spectating in the stand. Sessions with adults with rather than kids makes it a little bit different trying to get across the ABC, much more BCT than ABC
The efforts of the week are starting to catch up with a lot of the team and a few have gone down with a case of Kigali Belly. Oh well, have to be worse than that to stop #TEAMRWANDA

Heys guys, thought I'd leave you alone for a few days but now I have caught up it's great to hear of your updates. Orphanage, University, coaching the girls, HIV and relationship chats, pool games, dancing, festival, coach ed, scoring training, travelling, museum visit, Kigali belly – I'm tired just typing that lot so no wonder you are feeling it. You can really feel the bond that is developing between the team through your blogs which is so lovely.
So important news round up from home – there was more crying in the X-Factor judges houses episode than in a post-natal ward, Stricly voted off its first couple, Tottenham lost to the Hammers and I found 6 conkers on Saturday.
That's it – so you see, not only are you are having a much better time but more importantly, you are creating the news. So keep the energy levels up somehow, take very good care of each other and bring home the CWB bacon xx
