I will not lie, when I woke up this morning it was hard work. The efforts are starting to catch up with me but once you see the smiles on these kids faces you get all the energy you need. I also think rocking out some Rick Astley in the van also contributed to raising everyones energy levels.
This morning we spent our time at the Kyociro oval with the kids from St Espirit school that we coached earlier in the week. Once again they were awesome, charging around with infinite enthusiasm. At a random moment of coaching a couple of westerners who are on a charity task for the day popped over for a chat. These guys had started the day with an avocado and were swapping it for whatever they could and then swapping that for something else and so on. So they exchanged the toothbrush they had acquired for a ball and coaching cards. We bumped into them later in the day they were up to a T-shirt. Keep tuned on twitter as they will let us know how the day goes.
Lee also did a bit of shopping and managed to acquire a very dashing hat.
For the final session we split into 2 groups one heading to the all girls and my group to King David. It was lagging after the buffet lunch but these kids, the size of them they were men. Talking to the men and women about the issues of HIV and explaining to them the importance of condoms and regular testing was massively rewarding. A lot of the men were very good and I wish that if i return there in a years time they have a proper team because they are awesome.

Keep going chaps and chapettes; that's so easy for me to say that in the comfort of my lounge but really, you must all be so tired. After having such an impact today with the cricket and the HIV messages hopefully that will help to see you through to your half-way mark. Festival tomorrow? xx
