We taught hard-ball sessions to promising students from existing CWB programs, played games of catch in the middle of packed school playgrounds, and worked on our non-verbal demonstrations in a school for the hearing impaired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-62\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/nepal25\/files\/2025\/02\/2.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the variety of environments and students, what ran through all our sessions was the feeling of excitement and freedom only sport and exercise can  bring. Each 1.5 hour block of cricket-fuelled fun was welcome relief from the school routine for teachers and pupils alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are definitely challenges &#8211; our lack of Nepali lead to some comical mix-ups, and it is tough to strike the balance between trying to support those who are naturally gifted whilst ensuring everyone can have as much fun as possible. Despite this, we had immense fun working with the kids and our local Nepali coaches.
