We lapped it up
\nTill we popped with glee
\nThe knowledge gained
\nThe family we joined
\nAll about coaching
\nFun safe with inclusivity<\/p>\n
How What When
\nLet’s keep it simple
\nIntroduction small with name and game
\nMake it energised,
\nThere’s no surprises
\nWhat we’re wanting is
\nFun and play
\nLearning all the way
\nDemonstrate clearly, check all can see
\nTeams assembled, girls and boys equally
\nPlay then recall, what they take away
\nfrom the day for all.<\/p>\n
To understand their concerns listening is key
\nThe problems insitu the knowledge they see
\nAsk how to overcome some of these<\/p>\n
We unravelled the string of
\nNear and far
\nTo see how developed the world has become
\nyet resistance in parts
\ncalls for us to keep stum
\nRespect and discretion
\na practising art.<\/p>\n
We wrapped up the sessions with learning from all
\nQuestions before tea
\nWell that was for Lee
\nSo we will be happy no worries to forsee<\/p>\n
Discrimination bowled out
\nChanges a field
\nTo celebrate the joy
\nOf girls playing cricket<\/p>\n
