Favourite cricket moment/memory: After a 28-year wait in hope , then in 2011 – I was in the ground when Dhonisab hits a six into the stands at the Wankhede for the mighty blues 🇮🇳 to win the World Cup. What a night of partying 👊🏼
How many CWB trips have you been on before? This is my first.
What are you most excited about for this trip? Absorbing the culture, working as a team to impart our skill sets, and making friends,  I know we can make a difference to kids who are eager to learn.

What are you most excited about for this trip? Being back in Africa, experiencing different cultures and seeing people playing cricket with a smile during our sessions

Hidden talent: juggling (only hidden in the UK…very much in evidence when coaching cricket abroad!)
Favourite cricket moment/memory: The annual Thames Tour I go on every July, since 1989

What are you most excited about for this trip? Catching up with the local Ambassadors who I haven’t seen for years.

Name: Gems
Favourite song: impossible to make this choice but for today it’s Monty Python Always look on the bright side of life
Hidden talent: My hidden talent is collecting animals without trying(make sure I don’t leave Kenya with any new pets!)
Favourite cricket moment/memory: my favourite cricket moment was winning tickets to the 2019 world cup final via a competition on twitter, thinking it was a scam turning up at Lords and being offered £1000 for my tickets but going in and watching arguably one of the most incredible moments in England’s cricketing history!
How many CWB trips have you been on before? This is my first CWB trip
What are you most excited about for this trip? I am most excited to see the impact cricket has on others and learning about a totally different culture 👏

Name: Maz
Favourite song: Living on a Prayer by Bon Jovi
Hidden talent : no talent, but little known fact about me is I foster rabbits for a local charity
Favourite cricket memories : beach cricket in Cornwall. When the tide goes out and there are miles of flat sand to play on
How many CWB trips have you been on: Never been on a CWB trip
What are you looking forward to most about this trip?: seeing the joy on the kids faces when they all come together to play cricket

Name: Mark
Favourite song: According to Spotify at the moment it’s If you tolerate this your children will be next
Hidden talent: I don’t believe in hiding any of my talents!
Favourite cricket moment/memory: Any Sunday morning when the sun is out, the grass is green and kids are having fun playing the game.
How many CWB trips have you been on before? This is number 11 – but remarkably first time for Kenya
What are you most excited about for this trip? Looking forward to learning about the country and culture in Kenya, about my fellow volunteers and a little more about myself.

Hidden talent: forgetting your name faster than you can forget mine
Favourite cricket moment/memory: any Saturday in the summer spent yapping in North London Cricket Club’s Pimm’s Corner
How many CWB trips have you been on before? None yet, but I can fake experience like a pro
What are you most excited about for this trip? Making a positive impact – and picking up a few life lessons along the way

Hidden Talent: Olympic Weightlifting 🏋️‍♀️
Favourite cricket moment/memory: There are many, I think watching Eng v West Indies Women in St Lucia, home crowd and some crazy sixes was maybe one of the best atmospheres!

What are you most excited about for this trip? Meeting lots of new people with many different stories to share!
