The goat, or the egg"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\tWell, it&#039;s pretty rare that a dinner deserves an entire blog post but hey this is Africa after all. &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAfter arriving, we sat down on about a thousand tables in the middle of a disco dancefloor with dry ice and flashing&nbsp;<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">lights. &nbsp;Then, the fun started. &nbsp;As a taster, here are just a few of the highlights:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">The entire restaraunt had only two menus<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">While waiting over three hours for our food (and reordering three times in that period) we boogied with some locals and the DJ in a cage. <\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">A mobile sink came around our table for us to wash our hands&nbsp;<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">Gary, who ordered goat, waited 3 hours to be told they didnt serve goat<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tGary was offered chicken as an alternative&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.he got beef stew\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tLeigh was blamed by the waiter for the food being late\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tReilly got served an empty plate\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tDavid had a perfectly acceptable Sausage, Bacon, Egg and Chips.The egg was served to him an hour after the rest of his meal, on its own plate\n\t<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tWe were asked to add up our own bill as the staff did not have any idea what to charge us\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em\">&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAnd for less than &pound;80 for 17 people, you definitely get what you pay for.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWe danced pre and post meal to immense tunes, drank strawberry flavoured wine and tuskers and had a hilarious night dining and dancing!
