I coach a variety of groups from schools to county age groups so can\u2019t wait for the challenge of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.justgiving.com\/rachdyerCWB\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-56 alignleft\" style=\"border: 5px solid black;margin: 5px\" src=\"http:\/\/cwbblogs.com\/botswana2012\/files\/2012\/01\/Rachael-beach-e1328612677891.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a>working within African Schools. Aside from the coaching I am looking forward to helping deliver the message about HIV\/AIDS awareness. I have played cricket for most of my lif<\/span><span style=\"color: #888888\">e and am captain of my local ladies team. I have travelled to South Africa and Swaziland several times during my life, and wanted to experience a new <\/span><span style=\"color: #888888\">country. I hope to end up working in cricket as a coach or a sports scientist. I grew up in Luxemburg where I also learnt my cricket. I have been lucky enough to play international cricket for Luxemburg and I now am an international umpire on the ICC\u2019s European Panel. When I first started playing cricket I never thought I would be coaching it never mind in Africa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080\">I went to college to study activity leadership which enabled me to gain a basic coaching qualifications to coach in primary schools. In 2008 I became a project development officer and a partnership coach for the Bolsover and District School Sport Partnership.
